But, how would shareholders find out about if and how much SEO sells,if he sells?

Only way we, the shareholders would find out is through the quarterly report on insider sales and ownership.

The last report was total insider ownership was at 41%,tho someone states it was 40.74%.This may include Atlantic Bank,as well as SEO.

I expect the strong possibility that Insider ownership in the next filing will be reduced to about 35-37%. I hope I'm wrong.

A lot of shares and a decent amount of money has been used to BUY shares.
