come on man ...this is simple stuff. HE release those 2 PR and he knew that soon or later SEC find out or someone will complain to sec about 50mil credit line...who would do 50mil credit line with a pinky company? So he pretend he doesnt know anything because he already pump it up with those PR....he try avoid criminal or company shut down by sec.
