He is talking about wellington selling during 30 june- 30 sept. but look at buying between 30 sept and 31 oct. Apple and GTAT negotiated deal on oct 22nd which shows current situation. He is not talking about buying activity of fidelity and other funds between 30 sept- 31 oct
