Nothing! Absolutely nothing will change or improve with APT until Covey voluntarily leaves via a "civil compromise" or is removed by force, via civil and or criminal litigation.
Continued pressure must be put on him to make this happen, sooner than later. IMO Covey is on a plan now, while he has controlling authority, to bleed every last penny from this company before he cuts and runs to save his own ass.
If Covey, Maher, and others can be removed and new management put in place and immediate action taken to stop the bleeding and toxic debt stopped like with IR, then production stabilized with the smartcarb to bring in revenue, this ship can still be turned around...IMO!
