Why not 10% 15% or 20%-30%. The diesel additive is so very impressive, why not mandate it be used in ALL diesel in the US? That would be 4,000,000,000 gallons a year. The gas additive does close to the diesel so why not mandate that into use as well? All those increased MPG's are also cut in emissions and cash in consumers pockets that can go back into stimulating the economy!
