If I'd made a public commitment to do so, and if not doing so would have adverse consequences for the company I was purportedly running, then yes, of course I would. I think any reasonable business person running a real legitimate enterprise would.
However as DKTS is merely the third (or is the fourth?) incarnation of Alonzo Pierce's TEMN/TEXX/DKTS/Emperial Americas/Top Shelf pump and dump scam, we shouldn't be too surprised by yet another failure to do the right thing.
Alonzo knows his marks are very forgiving, after all, as they have shown in the past.
