Isn't that 2008/early 09 picture a real anomaly though??

That was a short period of time where the entire ECONOMY blew
up ---- NOTHING was left untouched!

If --- and, it's a big IF ---- things really are improving
(shhhh....don't tell anyone as I think they are) ----- WHAT
would be the catalyst to keep driving those prices down?

Logically --- just does NOT make sense (cents) ?????
