my guess is it is all a timed plan ... i don't really know, my guess is good as yours... the chart looks more primed to run big time than ever before... i think we will catch a lot of people by surprise here... if a PR came out today... it wouldn't do ANYTHING we have NO VOLUME no interest... they need to have 100 mil volume days first then the NEWS WILL START ROLLING... . imo they get us over .0010 with a few green days in a row then somewhere in the teens .0012-.0015ish NEWS WILL START TO ROLL in DECEMBER. all in my opinion . who knows
