Asking rhetorical questions doesn't help anyone. Highlighting the scam that SLNN is, is helpful.

Steve Saleen had a failing private company with millions in debt that he couldn't pay, so he went public through a reverse-merger with a publicly traded shell company and dump his debt to his "fans". It's as simple as that.
