The 'changing of the guard at LG' would lead to a deal with IDCC, just like the changing of the guard at NOKIA and the changing of company ownership to Microsoft would lead to a deal with IDCC.

IMO, it will take many more years in the courts before these items finally get resolved, and I'm afraid that some of them will go against InterDigital and those that go in favor of Interdigital will reap minimum benefits on past issues and equally minimal future benefits via licensing.

Again, the only WINNERS will be the attorneys who get paid regardless of a win or loss. Too bad the attorneys pay is not a percentage of the award amount. You would probably have seen a resolution earlier in the matter!
