A R/S would be a death mark for confidence in this stock. It totally screws shareholders and to do another in a little over a year is just unconscionable.

1000 shares became 100 shares which became 10 shares worth 6 bucks...and those 10 shares will become ?????

..and the point of needing shareholder approval is a joke....let me guess who are the biggest shareholders of CVM...hmmmmm...you? nope me? nope again ummm maybe those who would be proposing the split? Bingo!
