Plank/Pushup Supersets

EASIEST and QUICKEST way to get your body in shape.

How to do it?

Front plank 1 minute
Left and Right side planks: 30 seconds each

Then 10 Push-ups

Repeat Twice in a row without taking a break or dropping.

Do this twice a day once in the morning and once before bed and you will loose a ton of weight and get in superior toned shape within 2-4 months guaranteed.
