Great but you are still missing some significant part of the whole argument: the so called equivalent dose is misleading as explained in several papers referenced by BK. Therefore this so called equivalent dose is not really as significant as you believe. Have you read these papers ?

Will you finally acknowledge that Dr Menon, who expects the efficacy range to be around 200mg/m2, is much more likely to be right than you.
