First it was NOV. 15 was inspection what happened? delayed ...then end of NOV. well that has come and gone. When will the plants be the ground they said DEC., which is 4 days away. That will not happen because there has been no inspection to date. Everything SL says, just does not come true. Management needs to be changed, hence that could be why DAvid left the post of CEO. He sees what is not happening with SL and wanted out.
