The question was, since we will be cash flow positive, will SIAF be acquiring a major stake in all those Wholesale Centers?
The answer was, it's not that Solomon doesn't want to acquire a big stake in them, it's just that it isn't easy to audit such an operation. But he will phase them in, in time, as they complete the auditing process.
What that means to me, is that they are working hard to acquire WC1. Which makes sense, obviously. And how would he know that the auditing process is so complicated, unless they were doing it now, with WC1?
So you see, what you remember, and what is reality, are 2 different things.
