They HAVE to control WC1 once the Mega Farm is up and running. They WANT to control it now, and own it now, in preparation. Besides, it's a sh$tload of money they can make from it. $26,339,173 worth of goods passed through there in Q3 alone. So do you really think that they will prioritize building WC3, WC4, WC5 when it costs them a lousy $5M to acquire WC1?
If they don't acquire WC1, then it's because they can't. Because it's too problematic auditing it, at this stage. Or because it's part of an agreement. NOT because they have better ways to spend money.
