Why; because she used to be married to Rohan's father? Because she's responsible for licensing the Marley Coffee name to JAMN? That's a bit of a stretch saying that she has a "stake" in the company. If she has no financial interest in the private company, then it stands to reason that she's more concerned with the private Marley companies.

Rohan, as I stated, is clearly the only one in the Marley family who has any real interest in the publicly traded company, JAMN. Without JAMN, the family is still free to trade on the Marley name.
