BigK is correct the 350mg/sq m for the expanded ninth cohort just complete was below the 617 mg/sq m equivalent dose used in the preclinical mice studies.

Hopefully the dose selected for the ten cohort in the current human trial will be closer to 617 mg/sq m than to 350 mg/ sq m. Somewhere around 500 mg/ sq m should be very good.
