Ferguson police are taught to shoot to stop as not anger the poor little criminals over with zealousness. That is why their were so extremities shots; when the big angry adrenalin charged bull moose kept coming he had to take him down. Not to mention the cops adrenalin probably caused a few misses as well.
All of this hands off bullchitt is causing too ignorant ass intolerance in the average criminal. If the law can't do their job then why have law?
