it just makes more sense for Siaf to build 5-6 more WSC than pay up the 75% stake in WC1.
If they acquire a 75% stake in WC1 then they can do both, free of charge.
You don't want to acquire 75% of WC1 when there is 1,000 tons of seafood passing through there every month? Come on, be honest
