Why would a sale be announced before the end of the year ?

We've been told in *very colorful* language that these negotiations take months.....up to 24 months actually....

anyone who does reqs .. knows time lines in place run 6 to 18 months depending on price tag involved
i used to do *grants* whose run time covered 24 months (start to finish)

Yet in Heddles letter two days ago he stated they haven't even finished negotiations with the engineering firm that is supposed to locate clients.

, and continue to make, tangible progress on negotiations with a large, national engineering firm and several potential purchasers.

Considering the <colorful> timelines used by the *expert*.....and since Heddle stated they just started negotiations with the engineering firm a little over 4 months ago......

.....how is it possible a sale will occur before the end of the year.

None of those *expert* timelines even fall remotely close to that if they haven't even finalized negotiations with the engineering firm yet.

Or even if you use the timeline of starting the clock 4 months ago.

Are the *expert* timelines just a big fat figment of an imagination ?
