I hope they file with OTC tomorrow......What

is good about NV is we have NOT seen any increases in the AS count, though we have seen numerous claims that shares have been printed and dumped into the market. With all those claims added together, and if true, it seems increasing the AS count would have already occurred.

The last update at OTC on 8/20 shows no new shares have been sold into the market since 2011. The float remained the same as the shareholder list I have that was provided by ClearTrust showed about a year ago. I hope we see a current float update. I hope we don't see a huge increase in the OS, but they still need to explain who got the other 310MM or so. I assume much of it was for the purchase of the brands, and should be explained. We know the friendly shareholder gave his/her 125MM shares to Huffy/Klein.

Also, the financials posted at Yahoo, and "sourced" by EDGAR Online, which is subscription based, showed revenues of $78K. That too needs to be explained. See ***Disclaimer below.
