Don't forget the latest filing from VPLM dated Nov 24, 2014. The attorney letter looks like it was never reviewed by VPLM before filing. A 5 year old with spell check would have caught these errors.

The person responsible for the preparation of the unaudited financial statements contained in the Information, was the president of the company, Dennis Chang, assisted by Eric Gurr, CPA.

I have met personally, and/or through teleconference with all of the Directors and management of the company with whom I discussed the Information, as amended, published by the Issuer through the OTC Disclosure &News Service.

To the best knowledge of my knowledge, after inquiry of management and the directors of the Issuer
