Well, I've been gone a while, but wanted to respond to letter I received from US Dept. of Justice last week and the hearing on this case coming up early January, 2015.
I completed a questionaire (as an Investor of LLEN shares) for the FBI some time ago (for this case/lawsuit) as I am sure other Investors had. This letter was a follow up for additional inquiry or statements we want to make prior this hearing for Lee.
What gets me though, is looking at the last 5 years or so in USA, how so many major corp leaders were engaged in fraudulent actions and get huge severances to leave those corps, many after ruining the companies (and many private peoples' lives), and here, you got Lee who admitted to siging a couple docs where the CFO was not present- yet so much hoodoo going on over this company here???? It does make me ask many questions why so much interest or focus on this "coal" company or Lee, when yet so much more bad has gone on, and continues out there within certain US corporations right now...
