in one sentence, along with the suggestion the RA files the required documents FROM THE COMPANY on behalf of the company, as part of their services to the company, in another sentence in the same post, should not viewed as a suggestion by me that it is in NV statutes that RA's are REQUIRED to file the annual list for the company.
Generally the filing is done by the RA......FYI
The RA info is part of the annual list and in NV RA's include the filing with the cost of their services.
***Additional disclaimer ~ The reason RA's offer to file the required annual list for their clients, as I understand it, is because of the competitive nature in NV for RA services.
