I think it may be time to have a good old fashion turkey shoot; the target should be ? , you guess. Then go from there.

Do you realize that most likey that NBRI will have to issue up to 12 BILLION shares to try to pay of it's debts, that means that the A/S will be increased to over 12 BILLION most likely by MArch 2015.

Where did all the money go that was borrowed; there should be an audit done.

Also, if our CEO is running the company "NBRI" , then , why was our CEO hiring his privately ownwed company named "PAN" to supposedly run management of our company.
Wouldn,t that be paying him twice for doing the same job as CEO; being paid as CEO of NBRI then being paid thru the hiring of his company PAN that was hired by our CEO thru NBRI.

A little strange if you ask me, that is why an investagation is needed by the SEC on that matter.
