And all of it is pure fiction, purveyed by the scamsters behind so many penny stocks (and their pimps) with the aim of keeping their marks in thrall while they steal their money.

It must be said that it's a very successful strategy to continue to steal from the naive, gullible but greedy crowd who tend to buy this crap.
