I wish people had to live up to their name.

Garth hasn't diluted in 2 years. He took over ICBT and R/S twice. Once right after to keep it a float and a 2nd time to purchase Canwealth. Garth is the majority shareholder of ICBT, why in the world would he dilute? The simplest DD points to him trying to increase shareholder value, that should be obvious.., he has the most to gain from ICBT's success. I know what I own; few others do.
