Georges, I am afraid you're dead wrong.

1) As clearly demonstrated in several recent posts, your computation of the equivalent human doses is wrong. You forgot a crucial mouse/human conversion factor!

2) Event with the right computation, the conversion dose (which is much lower than what you claimed) is misleading as explained in the papers referenced by BK. Have you read these papers ?

3) You are still ignoring the fact that Dr Menon expects K to have efficacy in humans at around 200mg/m2.

Did you remember what you said in a previous post as reproduced hereafter ?

Unfortunately, to get the same or similar results in humans as has been touted in preclinical animal studies will require much much higher doses than the current dose for the ninth cohort.

You all better hope and pray that the MTD for Kevetrin isn't reached for at least a few more cohorts.
