I guess we will have to wait and see about that. I am willing to give this guy a chance, before including him with the past incompetent CEO's of STOA.

With the current share structure, market cap and revenue generation, as well as being a fully SEC reporting company, I don't see that it is any worse a play than a shell (which it is not), for which you would be spending money on a totally unknown quantity. And in fact, the market cap here is less than anyone would pay for a shell, with a similar share structure, in most instances.

The new CEO should be given a certain amount of time, before he and the company are judged, solely on the merits of past CEO's. Perhaps the change was in accordance with that very past performance.

Again. We will have to wait and see. I'll reserve my judgment for now.
