I agree with your points and I think this is a positive development. However, I think the dilution is more than 3%. $3.3 million at $0.30 per unit is 11 million units. Each unit is one common share now and 1.2 warrant shares executable at $0.30. The warrants are another 13.2 million shares when fully executed. The total additional shares is then 24.2 million shares. There are currently about 295 million outstanding shares. This would mean the dilution is 8.2%. Regardless of the number, however, I think it's good news.
