The CEO says...blah, blah, blah

How many times has the CEO said he will "aggressively" seek ways to reduce the toxic debt, yet here we are diluting millions weekly into a 1,000,000,000 OS and crushing the pps into subpenny territory yet you insist on coming on this board and expect everyone to take the CEO seriously when he "says" he won't dilute into that insane number?

$3 million left in toxic notes is an awful lot of not diluting to be done.
