Q: What happens if John Bourque doesn't get out of jail?

Simple: BORK's current pps of $0.003 goes to $0.0003 waiting for his 4.5 year sentence to arrive, which on that date Bourque Industries will have ceased to exist, rendering BORK to cease to trade except on the gray market at a pps of $0.000001 or none.
