GV- recent insider selling
Ellbar partners(a 10% owner in GV) just sold 450K shares over the last week, and has 2.6M shares left. I'd really like to know historically, how often(with a microcap stock) when a fund of insider sells 15% of their shares, did it mean something negative had happened with the company.
I have a large position in GV, and surely don't want to see the stock get hit, especially after the strong Sept qtr & glowing CEO comments on the Dec qtr. Thing is, from my experience over the last 11 years, I can't ever remember an insider or fund sale of this magnitude turning out to have been the bearer of bad news to come.
Time will tell, but I'm betting this recent selling has little meaning.
