"My understanding is that there was a loan... provided in the form of stock ownership, recently that company (named in the document below) sold their shares as always planed. This is a pretty common procedure in stock market trading. When those shares were sold it allowed for more shares to be available for trading. The sale did create a dip in the graphs this last quarter, which some investors do not completely understand."
