Ok, Folks, you see what's happening ? GTAT now say's OK, we'll take that deal. APPL says, but you can't disclose this big stack of doc's, they need to remain secret, or no deal. Judge says nope, most of the stack has to be disclosed. APPL - gee. OK Judge. GTAT says zip. Creditors now, not wanting to be left with hoofs and horns, want the core doc's disclosed, Judge just say's he might. GTAT says zip.

Judge extend time (with probably a raised eye brow to the APPL table. - silently saying 'think this one over'). GATA says zip.
Now, does this $700 Billion corporate abuser, want to risk something that can get quite nasty for their reputation, or are they going to toss in say another $350 million on top to get the creditors out whole, and make this ugly thing of their doing all go away ?

So yes....that's the way I see the play currently. The beauty of it is GTAT is silent on everything now. The creditors have nothing to lose by beating up on the rotten Apple with threats of disclosures, that could have lasting negative effects.
If the creditors come out whole, there will be no need to beat up on us little commons. Thus BINGO ! Where's GOLDEN !

Dismissal from Ch.11. Now lets all get back to business. THAT"S ALL THIS IS.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

GT creditors are reviewing the documents to see if they can make a case for a larger settlement, and are expected to use confidential documents if they choose to do so.
