Well it clearly shows that Roy is doing his job and keeping LBYE alive and then some. That alone should give shareholders some confidence that LBYE is alive and should bring in some buying. If they can pull off a deal or two that wouldn't hurt either. For now, this news alone should get us back to .02. Let's all buy 100,000 on Friday and help us get there.
