You should have left your comments stand, while not all completely correct you had the right basic idea. tmm lost all rights to that 1996 agreement AND all prior agreements during the BK and all the documents proving that are already on file at the courthouse. All of them can be personally verified by the Iterated lawyers and the Iterated President from the time if needed for HP if they can't find their own copies. That will crush tmm's pretending they own that early VDK codec.

The papers are also already on file proving Simpson had no rights to the VDK 2.0 codec and was ordered in 2002 to turn over every copy he had, which he obviously didn't. So, tmm's claim to that one will vanish rather quickly as well.

As I said yesterday, suing HP will be tmm's Waterloo.
