How can you say buy out is a 'lie' when it hasn't occurred or even be tabled? Read my post, again & maybe you'll realize that this is a hypothesis based on what has, is & will going on in this type of industry.

Lets try another;

MERGER with another up & coming company that would like to strengthen their brain trusts & already has financing, the non-dilutive kind. Ya Know?
