Surely you jest.

Even on a bloated S/S such as this, float can be & has been locked. I've been in one before with a worse S/S. All the way from .01 to .115.

Furthermore lets say this is the 1 in a billion legit business competent etc..... They'll be no need for a R/S with a buyout on the horizon. If management tried that crap, that's some serious malpractice & these shareholders be up in arms etc.....

That's my 2cents & if all this is coming together, like it look like, smell like PPS will be over 10cents.
