There is no "conference call" but anyone with a broadband connection of at least 500 kb/s as well as Adobe Flash Player 9 (or above) can view the live teleconference:

It starts at 9.30 CET which I believe is 3:30 AM EST. Be sure to verify if you think it's important to watch.
