So let me go bullet by bullet

#1 I believe in the current management

I like the current management also. Kaplan has a good track record and the BOD has a few very good advisors. (Bonadio,Saunders,Destler)

#2 I believe in the technology especially in regards to the hydraulic pump!

So do I, It's basically all we have left. However the delays are starting to get concerning

#3 You have a Billionaire and other accredited investor putting there money into the business now. They would not be doing that unless they though it was a good investment!!! Although this dilutes our shares it is a good thing. I believe eventually with in a few years we are all going to be very happy, and our only regret is that we did not buy more shares at the current prices.

If it wasn't for TG the company would be out of business. The other accredited investor is his nephew. At least that's my understanding. Which equates to more of TG's money. I have no problem with dilution at TG's hands because without it our investment is completely worthless.

#4 Stock prices are driven by supply and demand. Once Torvecs pump hits the market this stock is going to sky rocket!!! It wont take much for this thing to go big (just analyze previous chart history) If you were here since the beginning then you bought in a $12 a share. I personally bought 10,000 shares at $9 in 2004. If most of the long term investors bought in at an average share price of 5-6 dollars then most of us are not going to sell for less then we invested. I know I am going to ride this baby until I make a significant return on my investment.

Analyze chart history? Historical highs were based on nothing but lies and snake oil IMO. We have never commercialized a product...Never.

#5 Right now is the perfect time to buy. Its the calm before the perfect storm and if you like me were willing to invest at much higher prices, then this is a real bargain now.

Real bargain now? It was $.30 when Kaplan signed up. Any news on the pump has been pushed back farther than the original target and the ISO has been shelved.

#6 High risk = high rewards. The potential and rewards for TORVEC is as big as it gets.

The potential is a lot less than it was when we had the Ice Tech, IVT,ISO,and the FTV. Ice tech gone, IVT gone, ISO on the shelf, and the FTV gone. I'm thinking the reward is a lot less than Jim told me when I met with him.

#7 the market is so big for this technology!!!

The market is big for the pump if we can get it to work. The million $ question is does it work? We're still sitting here waiting to hear the answer to that question.

#8 this company will most likely be bought by a much larger mega company once the demand for the products starts to increase

Now you are starting to sound like a Gleasman. $75 per share right? It was going to be Dodge, Then Nissan, then Chery, then Shanghi, then lockhead, then others....

#9 I believe in the Gleasman family. Vernon and his family did not dedicate their entire lives to something unless they new it was revolutionary!!

Come on, The tech Torvec was started to develop is gone. The IVT was going to change the world. It wasn't what they said. First the EPA said that and then Carlyle (sp) said it. We were told they were fools. Vernon didn't dedicate his life to Tovec. He was 80 when it was started. He was the brains behind the Torsen. They said the IVT, the FTV, and the ISO were revolutionary. The market not me, says they were wrong.

#10 A lot of people a lot smarter than me have invested 20 years of there time in sweat equity and close to 70 million dollars into Torvec already. This current price is a steal if you ask me.

Hope you are right about the price and I think you are selling yourself short.
