A possible RS has me concerned at this point.

The snap decision to increase the AS from 150,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 leads me to believe Schadel wouldn't hesitate to initiate a 5 for 1 RS once the OS hits 100,000,000 or so with little or no warning. All that has to happen is to drop 50% to about .005 pps, which would mean every 100,000,000 shares in the OS would be worth only $500,000 and not enough to cover the reserve Schadel reports that the note holders expect.

I'm still holding out for the pump and will average down at the right time. This is my "all in" play. If this doesn't work I think I'll be done with penny stocks. It's been fun and I've learned a lot, but if an RS happens before a pump it will be my cue to shift to a more focused long term investment strategy.
