How many districts are listed in 10q? Let's round it off at ten, for simplification. Does that represent services to, say 250, 000 students( that would be one big district like mine) . Or are we talking about 2000 students, as might be served in all ten districts? Needless to say, I am exaggerating a little to make a point. Is there anyone out there who would seriously wager a guess?

That's why, ASAP, I believe we need a head count of students actually using theStudent Connect system, with full scale advertising attached to the four texts sent outper student, per day. If you knew that, who would want to wager a guess at how many students are actually involved?

Of course, it would be great to know how many cents are paid per text, just an average. And then you could estimate a guess, as to how much profit might be coming through, ( after that $11, 000.00 business license is paid up. I really do not see another way for us to guess at the bottom line.

How many students are covered on that Nov. 12, 14 ad initiation? What if it's 30 students. ........or

300 students? What if it's 3000? I am not saying how few or how many that date represents. What I am saying is ECDC KNOWS THE BASELINE NUMBER OF STUDENTS IN FULL SERVICE TODAY,With ADS AND PROFITS( at least an estimate).

There's your baseline. And next month, that baseline would be a past statistic. And on and on, not complex. Not an adviser. Just a pragmatist.all said is IMO . Happy Thanksgiving.
