Another confusing part is this:

"Upon completion of this offering, but without taking into account any change in the pro forma net tangible book value after completion of this offering other than that resulting from the sale of all the shares being offered by the Company and receipt of the total proceeds of $25,000,000, the pro forma net tangible book value of the 200,684,725 shares to be outstanding will be $24,254,370, or approximately $.12 per share. Accordingly, the pro forma net tangible book value of the shares held by the existing stockholders (175,684,725 shares) will be increased by an average of $.13 per share without any additional investment on their part."

This gets more into detail the furthur you read, but my question is after the offering (considering of course they actually find investors to buy at this price)the share price drops immediately from $1 to the said price, but does that mean our shares would potentially rise to this same share price?
