I thought escrows would capitalize WMIH?

OK, is this just yet another incongruent supposition for today.

when the escrows are paid out like I expect them to I will be a major buyer and run this up through $5 quickly...Then WMI will be well capitalized

Excuse me, but, isn't the theory that WMIH will be capitalized by the sharing of the escrow recoveries at 2.5%? So, if that is true why would funds from escrow supposed recoveries to shareholders also be needed to capitalize WMIH if it has been laden with billions from the same such rainbow recovery?
