Malc didn't say They won't mine any gold next year. He said "feasible gold", meaning they won't mine anything near profitable, if they actually reopen the Ruby at all. These types of scenarios of missed timelines, "bad luck", and small amounts of gold trickling out are great for insiders dragging out a "just around the next bend", "60 feet to gold" sales saga.
