They are if...

I doubt the CEO has his eyes on the news print line, when he hasn't got any plans to release news/information about the company.

They aren't as urgent as stockholders/traders to get the price actions every second/minute.

...they have an active offshore account that they utilize...to trade the pos stock...P&D Fraud 101...in my opinion, perhaps...
