I CAN TELL YOU ONE THING FOR SURE: THERE IS INTENSIVE CONTACT RIGHT NOW BETWEEN ERHE AND CEPSA REGARDING RESULTS AND DISCLOSING THEM.

Of course CEPSA knows for quite some time where they need to drill or do 3D. Tullow did it based on preliminary results!

Thanks for your note. Peter asked me to respond to your inqiry to explain that it is not a scientific thing to compare one exploration program to any other prgram, particularly as the conditions – geological, physical, risk and even corporate decision-making – are always different.

My information is that Swala's program commenced before ours and ERHC/CEPSA is working at breakneck pace on ours. I hate to compare because I don’t know all the particulars about Swala’s program or other programs in general, but it’s possible that ERHC/CEPSA may even be moving forward comparatively faster than they are.

More importantly, it is on the public record that CEPSA did withdraw from the Swala block on the reported basis that they felt the decision to proceed to drilling was premature. Overall, exploration is a very high-risk, high-capital endeavor and it is not always the swiftest (to drilling) that prevails but often he who chooses his prospects carefully and makes his decisions having considered all contingencies.

Show me any fundamental reason for this absurd drop in shareprice.

Regarding the convertibles:

Seek has explained this correctly imo already.

You have toxic and less toxic.
