Yes, would have but not realistic. Release IMO will be very public event and not a weekend surprise. Even if we get congress on our side and win court case this admin wants the money these two co, produce and will use "we need to protect tax payer" to continue the stall and appeal any decision.

The good news for us is regardless of admins stalling tactics if we win court case or congress get louder about release the pps pop.
